Is it really safe to eat dead animals?

​There is a saying that “If slaughterhouses had glass walls we all would be vegetarians”. What will be presented in this article is what happens behind those windowless walls. One of two things will happen by the end of this article. One, you will feel sadness and make an attempt to change how and what you eat or two, you will put it aside and continue doing what you have been conditioned to do and live with the reality that you most definitely are what you eat – a compassionless, hard hearted person.
 
All animals go to slaughterhouses. While there, they can hear, smell and hear the death around them. And while these animals struggle to keep alive, the workers, to not slow down “production”, exhibit impatience to these poor animals.
 
The government, in their compassion, requires that an animal be stunned prior to its being murdered. How do the do this? With a method called, captive bolt stunning, a gun is put against the animal's head that shoots a metal rod into its brain. What if the animal struggles and the rod misses? Easy. Do it again and again until it hits the right mark.
 
Then there's, electrical stunning. This electrically zaps the animal creating a grand mal seizure. But, what if the electrical charge is not high enough? Then the animal will become paralyzed but will not lose sensibility. Whatever it takes, right?
 
Next is ritual slaughter where the animal's throat is cut while fully conscious. Supposedly, the animal will become unconscious within seconds. The reality is that because of blood flow through the back of the neck the animal can remain conscious and bleed up to a minute, all the while screaming in pain.
 
There was an article in the Washington Post that revealed that hogs are immersed in scalding water after they are stunned to soften their hides for skinning. Given the mental acuity of the employees most of the hogs are scalded and drowned while conscious and kicking and squealing while being lowered in to the water. The same applies to chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese that undergo electric stunning. They are usually conscious as they are boiled or drowned.  
 
Many slaughterhouse employees get their rocks off by punching the animals while alive or ripping the eggs out of a hen's body and then having egg fights or ripping the heads off of turkeys that got their feet stuck in the transport truck cages. If a bird missed the throat-cutting machine a worker simply rips its head off to not slow down production.
 
Some of the other employee pastimes include throwing live chickens into a wall, picking chickens up by their feet and swinging their heads into walls or the floor, or throwing them on the floor, while alive, and jumping up and down on them.
 
The USDA, which oversees the treatment of animals and birds in the slaughter houses says, “Drastic increases in production speeds, lack of support from supervisors in plants, new inspection policies which significantly reduce our enforcement authority, and little or no access to the areas of the plants where animals are killed, have significantly hampered our ability to ensure compliance with humane regulations”.
 
The good news – even when problems are reported to the inspectors, the government ignores them. A case in point was that no action was taken against a Texas beef company for chopping the hooves and ears off of live cattle.
 
It's up to you to look into your heart and decide if you want to be a part of this or not.

Choose your diet very carfully!

Thanks to millions of dollars in advertising, we have been brainwashed to believe we need meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and milk as the staples of our diet. Due to this, these high fat, high cholesterol, artery clogging “foods” have been accepted as an essential part of the American diet. Ever present is the fact that poultry has been accepted as a “safer” option.
 
But poultry is filthier than meat and pork. After the chicken or turkey is slaughtered and skinned it is soaked in a bath for cleansing. The problem is that the bath is full of urine, pus, doo-doo and other contaminants from all the others that preceded it.
 
But fear not. The USDA has said that as long as you cannot see the doo-doo through the clear wrap it is safe to buy and eat. If that’s the case, why do they then say that whatever that chicken or turkey has touched must be boiled to prevent the spread of contamination? 

In addition to this profit-driven advertising, federal laws mandate that all schools provide children with milk and flesh at each meal or lose federal funding. This is done despite the fact that 95% of Orientals, 90 % of Blacks and Hispanics, and 75% of white kids suffer from lactose intolerance and cannot digest milk products.

Ignoring these stats because money is more important than health, we find that half of all dairy consumption, approximately 300 pounds a year, comes from cheese, which is nothing more than a super concentrated form of health destroying saturated fat and salt.
 
Also, we are the only creatures that regularly consume the milk products of other species. Rat’s milk, anyone?  From ingesting flesh, eggs and milk, there are no other components in the “modern” diet that causes more pain and suffering, including death and disability, than these products.

Milk proteins are prone to rampant bacterial contamination such as salmonella, listeria, E-coli, staph  and the cause of most dairy product re-calls. Dairy products, as with all flesh foods, hold various poisons, including pesticides and other environmental contaminants.

Yes, while pasteurization (cooking it 180 degrees F) might kill a lot of these contaminants, it also kills any traces of any beneficial, if any, nutrients. Let’s not forget that in order to increase milk production, dairy cows are injected with artificial growth hormones. With this comes the increase of insulin-like growth factors that have been shown to promote the growth of cancer cells as well as making a person so big that they can blot out the sun and when they walk down the street. It’s as if you can hear someone singing, “I feel the earth move under my feet…” .

Then there’s the fact that 80% of the antibiotics produced are fed to animals to keep them healthy. The down side to that is that this overload to us of the antibiotics we ingest through the flesh and milk, tends to make us more resistant to the combating of various strains of bacteria when we get hit by them.

What about the environment? Does it matter that the process of raising cattle for milk and meat is a leading contributor to both water and air pollution and very hard on the environment? We seemingly are opposed to the slavery of people but what about the slavery of cows, chickens, pigs, and turkeys? That is a question that only you can answer for yourself.

Everyone thinks that the consumption of fish is good and that fish is a “health food”. I beg to differ. Fish is the muscle of a cold-blooded animal with fins and gills. The major components of fish are fat, with 60% of their calories coming from fat, and protein. There is no carbohydrate, no dietary fiber, or no vitamin C.

Because many fish are high on the food chain, they are highly contaminated with environmental chemicals like PCB’s and mercury. Fish fat is known to inhibit the actions of insulin and increase the tendency for high blood sugars and eventually diabetes. Eskimos are among the highest consumers of fish on the planet and also have the highest rates of osteoporosis of any people on the planet.


What’s happening right now is that (Monsanto) Bayer paid off the Obama administration to approve the genetic modification of alfalfa. Alfalfa is one of the heaviest consumed products by animals. This means that in the very near future all foods that had a face or a mother will contain genetically modified ingredients and enormous amounts of (Monsatan’s) Bayer’s RoundUp Ready pesticides.
 
Let’s look at other startling realities:
 
The pharmaceutical industry, as all publically traded corporation do, need to increase their bottom line to increase their earnings per share to keep their shareholders happy.
To do that they must keep you sick.
 
The large food corporations, also publically traded corporations, basically need you to eat more of their foods to keep their shareholders happy. Whether or not their foods are health promoting or health destroying is irrelevant to them.
 
When we talk about Monsatan, now Bayer, we already know that they have paid off Presidents to keep from having their products labeled as GMOs. Why? Because they know if they were labeled you would not buy them.
 
Then there’s the medical profession or I should say the medical business. What is the success key of any business? Repeat customers! You staying sick is good for business.
 
The government agencies have made comfortable beds for themselves by being the chamber maids for the food and drug corporations. 
 
These agencies, like The Fraud and drug Administration, The Centers for Deceit Control and Procrastination, The Environmental Pollution Agency and The Federal Treachery Commission have already constructed a massive revolving door between the large corporations and their agencies.
 
For example take a look at the CDC. Julie Gerberding, who was the Head of the CDC for the past eight years is now the CEO of Merck Pharmaceutical’s vaccine division. Also, let’s not forget about former (Monsanto) Bayer higher ups like Michael Taylor and Tom Vilsack.
 
Last, but not least, is the mainstream media. Remember, the success of a business requires repeat customers. Look at the bulk of their ads and the Letters to the Editor that they print and tell me the last time you say anything espousing a vegan diet centered around organics. 
 
 Yet, despite all these facts, we continue to force these disease and obesity causing, if you’ll pardon the expression, “foods” upon innocent children in the schools and on ourselves. If it were truly about health it wouldn’t happen. If it were about money… well, let history speak for itself.

Change can only come from those that know they are being exploited and decide to do something about it. Are you ready to do that or do you need to develop cancer, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, constipation or obesity before you do?
 
Oh yeah, there’s one more thing “they” don’t want you to know about. There are two forms of digestion out there. One is a carnivore and one is an herbivore. Carnivore’s eat flesh. Herbivore’s eat plants, fruits and grains. The human form is an herbivore form.
 
Yet you have been led to believe that humans are omnivores. You better sit down for this – there is no such form as an omnivore.
 
So, just because you have acquired a sense gratification taste for flesh and blood, it wreaks havoc on your system. Your digestive tract, if stretched out is roughly 35 yards long. Plant based foods leave the body in two to four days making its way through your convoluted digestive tract. Yet, things that had a face or a mother leave the your convoluted digestive tract in  four to seven days.
 
The question then is, where do all those poisons go when sitting in your body for up to seven days? And yet you wonder why you have debilitating illnesses.

Avoid fluoride like the plague!

Back in 2003, when I was fighting against fluoridation in Hawaii and which we prevailed with the exception of the military bases, I met an incredible man. His name was Paul Connett.
 
When it came to revealing the horrors and needlessness of fluoridation, this was the guy.
 
His website – www.fluoridealert.org - was the place to go to learn about all the horrors of fluoride and to gather documented arguments to intelligently wage a battle against fluoridation in your community.
 
What I am presenting below is some ammunition to get fluoride out of your water supply.  
 
Organized dentistry, which includes the American Dental Association [ADA], the Oral Health Division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [OHD] and state dental directors, is the only health profession that seeks to deliver its services via the public’s water supply.
 
The practice of artificial water fluoridation is the height of arrogance when one considers the following undisputed facts and scientifically supported arguments:
 
a) Fluoride is not a nutrient. Not one biochemical process in the human body has been shown to need fluoride.
 
b) The level of fluoride in mother’s milk is exceedingly low (0.004 ppm, NRC, 2006, p.40). Formula-fed infants receive up to 175 to 250 times more fluoride than a breast-fed infant if using water fluoridated with .7 or 1 ppm of fluoride. Does the dental community really know more than nature about what the baby needs?
 
c) Fluoride accumulates in the bone and in other calcified tissues over a lifetime. It is still not known what the true half-life of fluoride is in the human bone, but an estimate of 20 years has been made (NRC, 2006, p 92). This means that some of the fluoride absorbed by infants will be retained for a lifetime in their bones. Early symptoms of fluoride poisoning of the bones are identical to arthritis. Lifelong accumulation of fluoride in bones can also make them brittle and more prone to fracture.
 
d) Once fluoride is added to the water supply, there is no way of controlling the dose people get daily or over a lifetime and there is no way of controlling who gets the fluoride – it goes to everyone regardless of age, weight, health, need or nutritional status.
 
e) The addition of fluoride to the public water supply violates the individual’s right to informed consent to medical or human treatment. f) Fluoride is known to have toxic properties at low doses (Barbier et al, 2010).
 
g) Children in fluoridated countries are being over-exposed to fluoride as demonstrated by the very high prevalence of dental fluorosis. According to the CDC (2010) 41% of American children aged 12-15 have some form of dental fluorosis. Black and Mexican American children have significantly higher rates (CDC, 2005, Table 23).
 
h) A 500-page review by the National Research Council in 2006 revealed that several subsets of the population (including bottle-fed babies) are exceeding the EPA's safe reference dose (0.06 mg / kilogram bodyweight/day) when drinking fluoridated water at 1 ppm (NRC, 2006, p85).  The NRC panel also indicated that fluoride causes many health problems at levels close to the exposure levels in fluoridated communities (NRC, 2006).
 
i) An un-refuted study conducted at Harvard University shows that fluoride may cause osteosarcoma (a frequently fatal bone cancer) in young men when boys are exposed to fluoridated water in their 6th, 7th and 8th years (Bassin et al., 2006).  Despite promises by Bassin’s thesis advisor (Chester Douglass) a subsequent study by Kim et al. (2011) did not refute Bassin’s key finding of the age-window of vulnerability.

j) There are many animal and human studies, which indicate that fluoride is a neurotoxin and 37 studies that show an association between fairly modest exposure to fluoride and lowered IQ in children. Twenty-seven of these studies were reviewed by a team from Harvard University (Choi et al., 2012). In an article in Lancet Neurology, Grandjean and Landrigan (2014) have since classified fluoride as a developmental neurotoxicant. k) For many decades no health agency in any fluoridated country has made any serious attempt to monitor side effects (other than dental fluorosis). Nor have they investigated reports of citizens who claim to be sensitive to fluoride’s toxic effects at low doses.

l) No U.S. doctors are being trained to recognize fluoride’s toxic effects, including low dose-reversible effects in sensitive individuals.
 
m) Dental caries is a disease, according to the ADA, CDC's OHD, and the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, and others.  Fluoridation is designed to treat a disease but has never been approved by the FDA. The FDA has never performed any trial to ascertain the safety of fluoride. FDA classifies fluoride as an “unapproved drug.”
 
n) The effectiveness of swallowing fluoride to reduce tooth decay has never been demonstrated by a randomized control trial (RCT) the gold standard of epidemiology (McDonagh et al., 2000).
 
o) The evidence that fluoridation or swallowing fluoride reduces tooth decay is very weak (Brunelle and Carlos, 1990 and Warren et al., 2009).

p) The vast majority of countries neither fluoridate their water nor their salt. But, according to WHO figures, tooth decay in 12-year olds is coming down as fast –if not faster – in non-fluoridated countries as fluoridated ones (http://org.salsalabs.com/dia/track.jsp?v=2&c=y5suSANmBZVaY4Es7yLl%2FWONz1C4oQ38http://fluoridealert.org/issues/caries/who-data/ ).
 
q) Most dental authorities now agree that the predominant benefit of fluoride is TOPICAL not SYSTEMIC (CDC, 1999, 2001)– i.e. it works on the outside of the tooth not from inside the body, thus there is no need to swallow fluoride to achieve its claimed benefit and no justification for forcing it on people who do not want it.

r) Many countries (e.g. Scotland) have been able to reduce tooth decay in low-income families using cost-effective programs without forcing fluoride on people via the water supply (BBC Scotland, 2013).

s) While organized dentistry  (i.e. the ADA/OHD) claims that fluoridation is designed to help low-income families, it is hard to take such sentiments seriously when,     
     i) 80% of American dentists refuse to treat children on Medicaid.
              ii) The ADA opposes the use of dental therapists to provide some services in  low-income areas.
Moreover, such a practice can hardly be considered equitable when low- income families are less able to afford  fluoride avoidance strategies and it iswell-established that fluoride’s toxic effects are  made worse by poor diet,which is more likely to occur in low-income families.

t) Compounding the arrogance of this practice, neither the ADA, nor the OHD will deign to defend their position in open public debate nor provide a scientific response in writing to science-based critiques (e.g. The Case Against Fluoride by Connett, Beck and Micklem). 

Conclusion: It is time to get dentistry out of the public water supply and back into the dental office. It is also time the U.S. media did its homework on this issue instead of simply parroting the self-serving spin of the dental lobby.

Why flu vaccines don't work!

​For the answer to this question we have to go back in time. We are generally raised in a family that was raised in a family that lacked sufficient information to eat properly.
 
Upon growing up, in my formative years in the 40s and 50s, not knowing squat about the proper way to eat, the diet I was faced with was bacon and eggs or Cheerio’s for breakfast and two squares a day of meat and potatoes, except for Fridays, which we usually ate dairy products. I'm sure there are many of you that have a similar history.
 
Because of this and because of my parents being indoctrinated with the belief that vaccinations were "the cure for all", all kinds of adverse health problems plagued me most of my life.
 
There is ample research out there proving that nutrient deficiencies through over-consumption of refined foods, anything that had a face and a mother and the lack of health building nutrients affects virtually every age group.
 
Because of our nutrient deficient diets we suffer from allergies, asthma, autism, birth defects, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes, type II diabetes, eye problems, kidney damage, nerve problems, obesity, hypoglycemia, cancer, heart disease, stroke, and neurological problems, just for openers.
 
So what do we do? We go to the local health food store and we stock up on antioxidants, B. vitamins, vitamin C, medicinal mushrooms, chlorella, Omega 3's, chromium, magnesium, flaxseed oil, fish oil (loaded with mercury and PCBs), and all kinds of other stuff thrust upon us by people in the "health and well-being" industry. And before long we are spending anywhere from $200-$500 a month to stay healthy.
 
What's truly bizarre is that when manure was used for fertilizer, no one got sick. The reason for this was that the manure was rich in sulfur.
 
In the 1930s, "the powers to be" decided, in a humanitarian way, that they wanted to help benefit the farmer. So, as benevolent as they were, they switched to the petro-chemical fertilizers under the guise that it would enable the farmer to spend more time planting seeds than shoveling doo-doo. The harsh reality was that the petro-chemicals created a cash "crop" for the petro-chemical industry and made everyone else that ate food, sick.
 
Coupling the petro-chemical fertilizers with the obscene over-processing of our food supply, which served only to increase shelf life and profits, it made our food supply completely devoid of the nutrient that was originally in the soil, which the manure provided - sulfur. Yet we wonder why we are a nation of overweight, undernourished, disease-ridden sickos hooked on pharmaceutical drugs.
 
This missing nutrient, organic sulfur, is used to repair all the cells of the body and promotes the growth of healthy new cells by allowing the cells to transport oxygen more effectively. The other effect it has is making the cell walls more permeable, allowing nutrients in and waste materials out.
 
This missing nutrient also detoxifies the cells, allowing the body to remove toxins, heavy metals and radiation that have accumulated therein. It increases enzyme production increasing overall resistance to illness and increases blood circulation. It reduces muscle inflammation, speeds up athletic recovery time and increases sexual activity by increasing blood flow south of the border. It eliminates free radicals and allergies and promotes healthy and increased growth of hair and fingernails.
 
Because cancers have a hard time living in oxygen, cancer cells cannot exist in this oxygenated environment. Studies have shown the reversal of osteoporosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, asthma and autism.
 
Because the sulfur is one of the main ingredients in moisturizing creams, it aids in healthy skin production and the reduction of "wrinkles". It helps the body properly regulate insulin production, reducing or eliminating the need for insulin injections and will help alleviate emphysema, decrease "hangover" time, eliminate migraines, reduce or eliminate hypoglycemia, reduce or eliminate PMS symptoms, promote better kidney function, reverse astigmatism, and enable the body to create all the essential amino acids, omega 3's and vitamin B 12.
 
There is another essential fact to understand. Whether your diet is flesh based or plant based everyone has parasites in their intestines. The sulfur crystals form a slippery coating on the inner walls of the intestines making it impossible for the parasites or their eggs to cling to and are flushed out.
 
So, due to the removal of the parasites, heavy metals, toxins and radiation the body may experience a brief detoxification process. When this passes, anywhere from two to ten days, your body will feel rejuvenated and full of energy.
 
So, if you are frustrated with what you are spending for nutritional supplements, know that there is an alternative available at a fraction of the cost. Above all, you must remember two important facts: you’ve spent most of your life braking down your body by eating crap so you cannot expect a reversal overnight. It will take time, patience, dedication and perseverance. And, by the way, there has never been one complaint from 100,000 plus people in 33 countries.

Is eating rotting flesh and blood really yummy?

​Besides being conditioned from infancy and being subjected to social and advertising pressure, the main reason that hooks people on animal foods is taste. One thing is clear though; we cannot stomach eating flesh in its normal state, especially if it's soaked in blood, even if it's cooked. 
 
Bear in mind that an animal has to be alive when its throat is slit , so its heart, which is still pumping, can pump blood out of their bodies and dry their flesh. If this did not happen the flesh would be so drenched with blood that no one would want to eat it. Even so, the flesh is loaded with waste products or urea.
 
It is the urea trapped in the flesh that, when cooked, makes your mouth water, your vampire tendencies manifest, and five stars given to a “classy” restaurant. But, it's not enough. The more we can disguise and hide the waste product flavor, the more we like it.
 
We cook flesh and eggs and add salt, pepper, MSG loaded seasonings, and all kinds of taste enhancers.
If we ate cooked animals milk, aka cheese, without adding salt, we would probably gag. To make cream and milk more appealing, we add flavorings, fruits and sugars and turn it into ice cream and flavored yogurt. We take a flesh patty and bury it with salt, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
 
The question that must be asked is, are we enjoying the taste of this rotting piece of flesh that we have been conditioned to salivate over or is it all the plant-based sauces, seasonings, condiments and dressings that camouflage it?  Even as kids, we are buried in Big Mac propaganda telling us that all these hamburgers came from “hamburger patches”.
 
But, when cooked and disguised, animal flesh, eggs, and milk products all have one thing in common: they are high in saturated fat. Despite this, we easily develop cravings for these fatty, creamy, greasy foods, which tend to satisfy our taste cravings.
 
Surely, plant foods can be prepared in fatty, creamy, ways as well, without the toxic cholesterol, but the cooked fat and urea combination cannot be duplicated by plant foods. There is one interesting catch: people who switch to a plant-based diet and stay on it for six months to a year, find nothing attractive about the taste and texture of animal foods and find them increasingly revolting.
 
What's even more interesting is that our taste cells change about every three weeks. That's basically all it takes to forget the taste of animal foods. When this happens, the cravings we had for animal foods, which is conditioned and maintained by repetition, disappears. Eliminating our former diet high in animal fat, animal protein and cholesterol, frees us from that which was so toxic to our bodies, minds and disposition and gives us a more peaceful and compassionate outlook.
 
What has been experienced with such a change over the past 40 years is an increased appreciation for the various flavors connected with the wide assortment of plant-based foods. After all, flesh and blood is nothing more and nothing less. It is simply, flesh and blood.
 
Another important reality to consider is that the nature of a dead body is to rot. Whether that body is on the street, in the woods, in the water, or in your body, it is still rotting. When we consume any type of rotting flesh it takes anywhere from 4 to 7 days to pass through our bodies. That being the case, where does all the rotting poisons go?

Who are Rx meds really good for?

One would think that any doctor that had a brain would encourage their patients to stay healthy. The problem is that most doctors rely on the “take-a-pill” mentality, which leads to people being overweight and carrying bags full of various Rx drugs.
 
Let’s say there are doctors out there that truly care about the health of their patients. Where do hey get their “health” information from? From the fraudulent pharmaceutical industry that only cares about profit. The only way they can profit
Is by sickness.
 
These companies spend billions and higher thousands to talk about the amazingly low benefits derived from taking their drugs designed to keep people sick.
 
Yet, every ad you see on TV praises the benefits of the drug, while the horrific side effects are minimized by happy, smiling, well paid-off actors.
 
In 2001, $154 billion was spent by the “tricks” on meds that basically do more harm than good.  Yet, the desperate “tricks” are led to believe that these “miracle” pills will save them. Had they been told the truth and took matters in their own hands, they would be healthy without taking synthetic drugs.
 
The drug “hookers” (big pHarma execs) absolutely know what they are doing. They know that the majority of their drugs only WORK, at best, in 50% of the “tricks”. The word WORK does not mean CURE. It simply means that a symptom can possibly be temporarily resolved.
 
So, they come up with words like “antihypertensive” or “antidiabetic” or antibiotic, making people believe that their drug will get rid of hypertension, diabetes, or high blood pressure. The reality is the these artificial, synthetic, health destroying meds are, in fact, a direct source of death, disability and suffering.
 
Some other exciting benefits of these healing synthetics are visits to the emergency room. And what are the best meds taken to achieve these ER visits? NSAIDs, antiplatelets, seizure meds, antidiabetics, diuretics, beta-blockers, inhaled corticosteroids, and cardiac drugs.
 
Back in 2004, there was a guy who was an associate science director of the Office of  Drug Safety. He was “bounced” when he tried to have a study he had done regarding the horrors of Vioxx. He presented reports from Merck indicating that between 88,000 and 139,000 Americans had heart attacks or strokes from Vioxx, and that between 30 %-40% died from taking the drug. He also described the FDA as incapable of stopping dangerous drugs from coming to and staying on the market, and that the FDA’s role in reviewing and approving new drugs conflicted with its duty to address safety issues.
 
The following info on Rx drug dangers has been supplied by Dr. John McDougall who I had the good fortune of meeting in the early 80s in Hawaii. Because Dr. McDougall emphasized proper plant-based diets he was not popular with others in his profession in Hawaii. So, he bailed and resurfaced successfully in California. He also had been a guest on my radio show many times.
 
Graham also listed five dangerous drugs that brought in about $2 billion in annual sales. They were:
 
ACCUTANE: An acne drug that promoted birth defects and fetal death when used during pregnancy. Annual sales- = $383 million.
 
BAXTRA: A painkiller and arthritis med that doubled the risk of heart attack and strokes. Annual sales - $687 million.
 
CRESTOR: A cholesterol lowering med that created severe muscle damage and kidney failure. Annual sales - $129 million.
 
MERIDIA: A weight loss drug that caused strokes and heart attacks, and in pregnant women, stillbirths, miscarriages and birth defects.
 
SEREVANt: An asthma treatment that killed people rather than heal their asthma. Annual sales - $708 million.
 
BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE that honorable physicians WILL NOT prescribe.
 
SULFONYLUREAS for TYPE-2 Diabetes: Lowers the blood sugar lever by stimulating insulin secretion by the pancreas. Result: increases risk of dying from heart disease.
Drugs used: Amaryl, DiaBeta, Diabinese, Glucotrol, Glucovance, Metaglip.
 
CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS FOR HYPERTENSION: Decreases the heart’s pumping strength and relax blood vessels. The drug is used to treat high blood pressure, chest pain and abnormal heart rhythm. Result: will not reduce risk of heart attack or stroke, increases risk of dying from heart disease and stroke.
Drugs used: Adalat, Cardene, Cardizem, Covera-HS, DynaCirc, Isoptin, Norvasc, Plendil, Sular, Tiazac, Veralan.
 
MEDROXYPROGESTERONE FOR MENOPOSE: Is a synthetic female progesterone. Synthetic means it is able to be patented. Results: Increases risks of heart attacks, strokes, breast cancer, pulmonary emboli and blood clots.
Drugs used: Amen, Cycrin, Premphase, Prempro, Provera.
 
COX-2 INHIBITORS FOR ARTHRITIS PAIN: Newly developed for arthritic inflammation and pain. Increases the chances of having a heart attack.
Drugs used: Celebrex, Betrax, and Vioxx, which has been withdrawn from the market.
 
ANGIOTENSIN RECEPTOR BLOCKERS FOR HYPERTENSION OR HEART DISEASE:
Increases heart attacks because it is a synthetic.
Drugs used: Preveten, Hyzaar, Atacand.
 
If you WANT good health, adopt to the inherent design of the human form, which is anatomically and specifically designed to eat plant-based foods due to the human saliva being alkaline and all plant-based foods being alkaline. When the alkalinities get together, the foods are digested easily and leave the body in no more than three days. Flesh-foods, being acidic, leave the body in seven days. That means that all the bovine growth hormones, color enhancers, stink reducers, carbon monoxide, which extends the shelf life in the store up to three weeks, and the dead, dying, diseased and decayed animals not fit for sale, which are ground up and fed back to the living animals to save money on feed, sits in your body for seven days.
 
Also, if you like dairy, aka liquid fat, you should be aware that it is cooked up to 500 degrees depleting it of any and all nutrients. Should you be addicted to ingesting the chicken’s menstrual cycle (egg), just one egg contains way too much protein designed to form the baby chicken. Unfortunately, it creates too much protein in the human body and needs to be neutralized with protein, which the human form pulls from the bones leading to arthritis and osteoporosis.
 
That being said, diseases easily cured by adhering to a plant-based diet and exercise are obesity, hypertension, type-2 diabetes, artherosclerosis, high cholesterol, high tryglicerides, high uric acid, migraine headaches, sinusitis, asthma, indigestion, abdominal pain, constipation, colitis, Chrohn’s IBS, diarrhea, arthritis, gout, multiple sclerosis, allergies, kidney failure, hormone imbalances, body odor, oily skin and acne. And this, my friends, is the tip of the iceberg.

Who are the bad guys to watch out for?

​What ticks me off the most is that the people think the FDA is on their side. The problem is that what they do and what the “tricks” think they do are like night and day.
 
We are lead to believe that the need for drugs and surgery are touted as the solution for the prevention and healing of illness and disease. If so, why are natural cures suppressed and hidden from the public by who?
 
First, not only the companies that sell drugs, but also the ones that do the research and development of the drugs. In the health-care industry the are companies that supply syringes, gauze, medical tape, plastic bottles, tubing, tongue depressors and way more.   Would you believe that there are 10,000 pieces of pharmaceutical equipment that are used and have to be resupplied forever and the profits never end?
 
Then, we have the food companies that get involved directly or indirectly with big pHarma because the owners, officers and directors become stock holders. And what about the trade associations that are there to promote disease so they can obtain additional funding to protect their members, which are the drug companies and the doctors?
 
You have to understand that all these associations are very powerful and are there to represent their members, which are the companies, corporations and the people raking in the bucks.  Bear in mind that the American Medical Association could care less about the consumer and only have an interest in what benefits their members and in keeping their high paying jobs.
 
The charities and foundations are no different because power and prestige are the keys. If a foundation focused on curing a disease, how long would it take for pimps and hookers to loose their jobs and benefits? Do you remember the Jerry Lewis Telethon that raised over $1 billion for muscular dystrophy. So, how come more people today have muscular dystrophy than ever before?
 
You do know what a lobbyist does? They solicit politicians to pass bills that go in one direction. To bring in money to pretend to cure diseases and to benefit them financially along with the politicians.
 
What about the government agencies? We have the FDA (Fraud and Drug Administration), the FTA (Federal Treachery Association), and the USDA (US Department of A**holes), for openers.
 
Do they care about the people? NO! Back in the 90’s in California there was a slaughter house upwind of an almond orchard that had a run-off that contaminated the almond orchard. Rather than put restrictions on the slaughter house the USDA said that all almonds produced in California had to be irradiated. Nothing like a government of, for and by the people!
 
Let’s put big pHarma in it true perspective. First of all, they are all publically traded companies whose true goal is increase profits. And how do they do that? Sell more drugs! To sell more drugs you would have to always keep people sick and not have anyone compete against them.
 
Question: Why do the drug companies give billions to the medical schools? So that their drugs can be put in the text book curriculum teaching the would-be doctor how to prescribe certain drugs, which guarantees sales of those drugs by big pHarma.
 
There are two basics taught in medical schools: how to prescribe drugs and how to eliminate parts of a person’s anatomy, aka surgery! When they graduate and are finally “in practice”, big pHarma gives the doctors all-expense paid trips to “medical conferences” world-wide. These “medical conferences” are basically sales presentations by big pHarma, teaching the doctor about drugs, how to prescribe them, and giving kickbacks aka “financial incentives” to prescribe those drugs. Oh yeah, the “experts” at the “medical conferences” are compensated by big pHarma.       
 
The short version: the drug dealers are trained in the medical schools to prescribe drugs and are given incentives and additional training throughout their medical careers directly by the drug industry to prescribe more drugs!
 
For a drug company to get a drug patented and approved by the FDA, it costs $800 million to $1.8 trillion.  Once the drug is approved and the patent granted, it becomes the only company that can sell the drug and provides an automatic billion dollars in the bank.  Guess what? Natural cures cannot be patented because there are no large profits made from selling a natural cure. There is a “law” from the FDA. “Only a patented drug can cure, prevent, or treat a disease.
 
Big pHarma knows that the drugs that people are taking are causing or contributing to the increases in cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and way more, and yet it’s kept a secret. Why? “Gimmie da money, honey”!
 
 Think about all the drugs that were “proven” to be totally “safe and effective” and approved by the FDA and then years later taken off the market and banned because they became so dangerous and caused all types of severe medical conditions, including bye bye forever! And yet, you turn on your TV and virtually ever commercial is about a “savior” pharmaceutical.
 
So, why are more and more things classified as a “disease”? Because the FDA has the final word on what is a “disease.” If a natural product appears and heals what the drug heals, that product can be confiscated by the FDA and the business shut down.
 
Years ago, you got heartburn. Now you have Acid Reflux Disease and are prescribed a drug. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  Question: How come the FDA, the MDs and the drug industry never tell anyone that the human form is specifically and anatomically designed to eat plant-based foods, which leave the body in three days at the most while flesh foods leave the body in seven days allowing all the poisons and contaminants to pollute the body for a week and creating illness? MONEY!
 
All the creatures that eat flesh have short and virtually straight digestive tracts. The digestive tract of the human is very convoluted. That being the cause, it’s ok for muscles and poisons to sit there for seven days? Just because the tongue has taken control of the intelligence doesn’t make it OK!  
 
Why will you never hear any of this via the media? Because most of the money received by the media comes from the pharmaceutical industry and the food industry. So, what that means is that you are virtually being lied to by the media because the media is simply an extension of their sponsors and guess who else gets involved?
 
The FDA targets natural remedies one at a time.  First, you get warned that the natural remedies never get properly tested, are potentially dangerous and should not be used
 
All this raises a question: How can America, that presents itself as a country of free speech, free expression, freedom of choice, freedom of information and free enterprise be restricted to these freedoms when it relates to our health and medical choices?
 
 If it goes against big pHarma, the medical profession and big food, it is totally restricted!
 
Reality: There are natural, inexpensive, safe cures for virtually every disease. But, big pHarma, big food, the associations and the government agencies all have a financial incentive to keep people sick. Why?
 
There are billions of dollars in profits to keep people sick and there are billions of dollars in profits as long as people keep taking Rx drugs.  Money rules!
 
It’s time to make changes!

Choose your diet carefull!

When well chosen, a vegan diet can be more conducive to good health than the Standard American Diet and is linked to a reduced incidence of chronic diseases. The following are but a handful:

​OBESITY: In a vegan diet more fiber-rich foods are consumed; therefore, less total calories are consumed and the overall healthy lifestyle of vegetarians may lead to increased physical activity.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: Vegans tend to lead a lifestyle devoid of smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and regular exercise. This, in conjunction the elimination of the artery clogging, and blood flow restricted saturated fat found in flesh, dairy and eggs, and the increased consumption of fiber, fruits and vegetables, leads to lower blood pressure.

HEART DISEASE: Because a diet without flesh, dairy and eggs and with way more fiber unclogs clogged arteries allowing blood to flow unrestricted, the symptoms of heart disease and stroke are virtually eliminated.

CONSTIPATION and DIGESTIVE DISORDERS: Because of the high alkaline vegetarian diet, which is soothing to the system, and all the fiber consumed, there is virtually no problem in elimination or with “heart burn”.

CANCER: It’s not rocket science; less fat, less protein, no diseases in what’s converted to food, and you are left with little or no carcinogens to ingest.

ALSO: A vegan diet is more humane in saving the lives of living entities that would be slaughtered for food; is more economical than a flesh based diet, and creates fewer demands on the environment.

So, does the thought of becoming a vegan seem appealing yet a bit overwhelming in that you don’t know where to begin and you’re not ready to go “cold broccoli”?

Try this: start by eliminating one type of flesh from your diet and sticking with that until you are used to it. Then, do the same thing with another flesh item, then eggs, then dairy.

The mind blower you never hear about is that all dairy is cooked up to 500 degrees, making it nothing but liquid fat. Yummy!

Go slow. Have a couple of vegan meals a week and over time increase them until all are vegan. While doing this, pick up some vegan cookbooks and experiment. When eating out you will find that most restaurants will easily accommodate you.

I’ve written about this before but eating organically grown produce is the way to go. ‘Organic’ simply means food in its purest form, produced without chemical aid. When you bite into an apple,  you get more than just the apple.

The apple absorbs the chemicals it is fed and next in the food chain to absorb these chemicals is you. I would think that you would want to eat the cleanest food you could. Do not think for a minute that washing the outside or peeling will rid the chemicals. What about what permeates the entire make-up of the food?

There is debate as to whether or not organically produced foods are more nutritious than conventionally grown foods, but what is for certain is that healthy soils grow healthy plants, and lots of us believe that they taste better and indeed are more nutritious. Try it and decide for yourself.

The bottom line: try it for 3 months. If you don’t like the way you feel and look,
you can always go back.
