Different people identify themselves in different ways and according to how they identify themselves, they see a different purpose in life.
For instance, the vast majority of people identify themselves to be the body. They believe, “I am matter and that’s my identity.” And what would be the purpose of their existence? To enjoy.
Enjoying not only sensual pleasures but also feelings, sentiments, intellectual stimulation or even pseudo-spiritual pleasures, which are all centered around themselves. This is what most people in the world today perceive as their purpose in life.
Now this isn’t just philosophy in the sense that it has very practical effects in many, many different fields. For instance, people’s materialistic viewpoint – the way people identify themselves as the body and the way that they perceive the purpose of life as sense enjoyment – serves as the springboard of various social problems. So, lets just take one social issue – abortion.
Abortion is one very obvious, external activity with far-reaching social consequences and which has so much to do with real life. Abortion is actually an offshoot or result of people’s perceiving the purpose of life in a particular way. That being that the goal of life in individual sense enjoyment.
There are all kinds of arguments but let’s just look at a couple. Say a child has a physical deformity and in today’s day and age, doctors are able to detect deformities in the child while still in the womb.
So, people who see the purpose of life as being sense enjoyment should logically kill the kid. Why? Because having such a child will get in the way of their individual enjoyment. They would feel that all the extra time and care devoted to the kid could be an embarrassment to them. Imagine what would happen if their friends came over and saw such a child with a deformed face or body? They might feel funny and might not want to visit them anymore and then they would lose them as friends.
The point is that if the kid gets in the way of their enjoyment it might be better to kill it asap. Even in cases where the child in the womb has no physical deformities and is quite healthy, people opt out to kill it because that child will get in the way of their enjoyment. They feel that they won’t be able to go out and enjoy as often as they want to because they would have to care for the child.
So, rationalizations come into play. “If we have this baby he’ll be unwanted and won’t be happy in life.” Or, “we’re not going to love him as much and this will hurt him.” Or, “he won’t be able to to enjoy life so much because he’d get depressed having all these feelings that his mother and father don’t love him so for his sake it’s best to kill him. We don’t care for ourselves, but we’re simply thinking of the CHILD! How would you like to be unwanted?”
But the fact is that most of feel unwanted because not everybody wants everybody. For example, you’re in a crowded beach resort during the summer and you wish all those people weren’t there. Or, you’re driving during rush hour in bumper to bumper traffic and you hate all the people in the cars. No matter what, we always experience that people don’t want people in one way or another.
If we accept the reasoning that unwantedness is a valid excuse for abortion, then we should all be killed because we must be suffering so much because we’re also unwanted.
This basically is the stage where materialistic societies are coming to. Their whole platform in life is that the purpose of existence is enjoyment and unwanted people will not be able to enjoy themselves and will have no real reason to exist. Kind of sounds like the philosophy of Bill Gates and the Rockefellers.
Somehow or another, the conclusion arrived at is that letting such unwanted people continue existing is really mean and cruel and the starting point is the kid in the womb who should be killed because they’re not wanted.
Why not take that logic a bit further and apply it to the kids that are one or two years old? Hell, if they’re not wanted shouldn’t they be killed? It’s the same stupid logic so what’s the difference? The justification is if a person is not wanted shouldn’t they be liquidated for their own good?
Today, this idea is on the front burner especially in connection with abortion and the euthanasia of old people. Old people are also unwanted because they get in the way at home and become a burden to the people they live with. Watching TV is really hard with them coughing all the time, or when there are houseguests and they hobble around and ruin the whole lively spirit of enjoyment, or if there’s a party going on and grandpa rolls in on his wheelchair in his pajamas and drooling. Oh, the embarrassment. And then the fact that they can’t go to the bathroom by themselves and the have to be waited on continually.
In the US and other affluent nations, people are gradually edging out the aged into old age homes. And as soon as that happens they feel relief. But, that’s short lived as soon as the bills for the old age homes start rolling in. Then the search for the “demise” pill starts.
Who else can we target? What about crippled people or blind people or autistic people? What value to society do they have? None! So, let’s get rid of them and we can enjoy more.
In animal breeding it’s called culling. Simply eliminate the animals with poor traits and breed those with the desired traits. Now, they want to “cull” humans and it goes on every day.
Some people think, if you ain’t white, you ain’t right. The Americans don’t want the Russians and the Russians don’t want the Americans. The Chinese don’t want the Vietnamese and the North Koreans don’t want the South Koreans. So, they kill who they don’t want.
They don’t see a child in the womb or an old person or a crippled person as a living entity and the certainly do not see them as children of God who should be respected and loved. Rather, they see and judge them on the basis of their use – whether or not I or society can utilize them for the purpose of sense gratification.
Personally, I couldn’t care less if nobody wanted me or if everybody hated my guts. As long as I can please God, as long as God is pleased with me, I really don’t care if I’m unwanted or not. In fact, I’d think something was wrong if everybody wanted me. If everyone wanted me I would feel I was doing something wrong or that I was a diplomat or a politician.
In any case, it is a perverted idea that the purpose in life is enjoyment and that to be to enjoy, I need to be wanted. Such a perverted idea is the cause of so much misery in the world.
The real purpose of life is not individual sense enjoyment. If we understood that we are not the material body but the spiritual living force within the body and we are all children of God, we could appreciate that the real purpose of life is not to seek temporary superficial bodily enjoyment, which is so temporary and unsatisfying, but the real purpose of life is developing our love for God and tasting the joy in serving Him.
The problem is that people are trying to be the Supreme Enjoyer, but they are never joyful. They consider the purpose in life to be enjoying themselves. But, in spite of endeavoring and experiencing so much sensual pleasures in the world, they end up miserable and empty. On the other hand, those who do not see their purpose in life as individual enjoyment but working for the enjoyment of their Best friend, the Supreme person, they alone experience actual joy.
So, a person who is trying to work for his own happiness does not become happy. But a person who is not concerned about his own happiness and is instead concerned with pleasing God, does indeed experience true happiness. So, if you want it, you can’t have it; but if you want the Supreme person to have it, then you have it automatically. It sounds odd and it’s a paradox but it’s true and the evidence is there.
In America, for instance, practically nobody is happy. Oh, there’s a few people who are happy because they have some sort of spiritual happiness. In other words, the people who are happy are happy because they are not concerned with their own happiness but are concerned with pleasing and serving God.
But the vast majority of people who are trying to struggle to enjoy themselves and be the enjoyers are not happy. And the symptoms are there – high suicide rates, a widespread and serious drug problem, including those on legal drugs, etc. The symptoms are there and you can tell a tree by its fruit.
So, now we find millions of children killed in the womb every year simply because of the predominant philosophy of the materialistic way of life determining who lives and who dies. And, who comes to the save the day? Not Mighty Mouse but Planned Parenthood!
But, a person who is God conscious understands that they are a servant of God and so is the child in the womb or the old guy in the wheelchair.
The reason for existence is not to become a worldly scholar or a great politician, scientist, billionaire, or to reap fame and glory. This is not the purpose of life. If it were, then only those people who can become great or who are enjoying material life to the fullest should exist. Then should it follow that those living in the Third World should be killed?
If a person believes that the purpose of life is enjoying the senses, there there could be all kinds of reasons why there should be abortion and other senseless acts. If the purpose of life is sense enjoyment, why not kill the Catholic priests because they are not supposed to be enjoying all these sensual pleasures? Oh, I guess an exception could be made for the pedophile Catholic priests. Abortion and euthanasia has absolutely nothing to really do with achieving the real purpose of life.
The solution to the practical problems such as the killing of babies and old people is not simply legislation although that must be there also, the business of leaders must be to protect the innocent.
More importantly, there must be an actual change in the way we view ourselves and our relation with others and God. We have to experience a change of heart and a change in our view of the purpose of life.
We must understand that we are the spirit soul, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, and our eternal function and duty is to render loving service to Him, then we can change our relationship with others. Experiencing this truth will enable us to change society’s exploitive nature.
It’s time to clearly see the “driver” of body rather than just the body. Doing this will enable us to realize we are not matter or temporary. The vehicle has a beginning and an end. The driver is eternal. As such, we are not meant to be the center of enjoyment, but our natural function is to render loving service to our Supreme Father. Understanding our real identity will actually serve as the solid foundation for an ideal society which is peaceful, loving and non-exploitive.
Most of the people in the America are doing their best to lose weight. They go on diets, eat low carbs, take diet pills, buy diet books, and join fitness clubs or work out as best as they can.
Guess what? They still put on more weight and obesity rules!
Years and years ago we were advised to follow the four basic food groups: meat, dairy, grains and fruits and vegetables. Maybe if the first two were eliminated people would lose lots of weight.
What’s interesting is that these food groups were sponsored by the American Dairy Association, so it’s not surprising that dairy took its place on the list. Too bad they never said that dairy was cooked up to 500 degrees leaving only liquid fat.
Let me put an essential into its proper perspective. Because of doing “Health Talk” radio shows and being forced to get a Masters degree in Nutrition by the medical doctors that used to call in all of the time on my show asking “what my credentials were”, I discovered something amazing. That being that the human form is specifically and anatomically designed to eat plant-based foods. Also, in various scriptures, I found information about offering only plant-based food to God. Why? To take away the karma of killing the plants, grains, seeds, fruits and vegetables. In essence, the human form is the only form that bears karma. All others, no karma!
Getting back to the beginning of this article, no one out there really knows anything when it comes to medicine, health, disease, illness, sickness or obesity. But, they certainly know how to profit off of obesity and sickness.
So, why do people put on weight? For openers, the could have a low metabolism that doesn’t burn off fat quickly. Then, what if you have is an underactive thyroid gland that can turn the food that you eat into fat? Guess what? The fluoride in the drinking water creates a hypoactive thyroid. It’s no accident that the USA is loaded with fluoride in their drinking water.
What if you have a pancreas that doesn’t work like it should? It seems that fat people have a pancreas that secretes more insulin than normal? And, why would that happen? How about food additives and refined sugar? Oh yeah, the good ole USA foods have more refines sugars in them than any other country!
You do know that your liver is a detoxifying organ and it being clogged crates weight gain? Guess what causes liver problems? OTC drugs, Rx drugs, chlorine, fluoride, food additives, processed foods, fast foods, white flour, refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, monosodium glutamate (MSG), and preservatives. Let me put something about fluoride to you. It involves corruption all over the place. Back in 2010 there was a fluoride labeling hearing at the Hawaii State Capitol with 425 people there.
One of the guys that was testifying about the “benefits” of fluoride was the Hawaii Dental Chief, Dr. Mark Greer. In his testimony he said that the toxicology tests proved that fluoride was safe an effective. I followed him in testimony.
I said “we were very honored to have a man like Dr. Greer as our Dental Chief. In fact, he missed his calling. He should have been President of the Liars Club”. After the 425 people stopped laughing I said, “Uh oh, I just called our Dental Chief a liar in front 425 potential witnesses. Is there a lawyer in the house? I just opened a classic Defamation of Character lawsuit and if you’re here, I beg you, take the case. Because when we go to court he will have to present the toxicology reports he ‘s talking about that do not exist.” The bill got killed and I never got sued! Only one area of Hawaii got fluoridated. The military area. Keep’em brain dead so they will follow orders!

People overweight have a problem with digestive enzyme production. Small production, higher weight gain. Thank you Big Food for all your added additives, yeast extract (MSG) and antibiotics, which kills the friendly flora.
Also, most overweight people eat even when they are not hungry, because of stress, emotional eating or food cravings caused by the toxins you put in your body. And, that’s just for openers. Add a large appetite, hormonal imbalance due to excess toxins in the body or way low exercise, eating larger portions than you should, consuming “diet foods” like “low fat”, “sugar free”, “low calorie”, “lite”, “low carbs”, “lean”, and the list goes on. The bad news is that all those “ “ listings are loaded with artificial sweeteners, high amounts of sugar, or chemical additives that cause weight gain. And, let’s not forget eating right before going to bed and, the growth hormones put into the meat and dairy, and the fact that the human form has an enormous convoluted digestive tract that makes digestion and elimination SLOW, lets all those poisons sit in the body for seven days.
The food industry is made up of publicly traded corporations having one objective: “Gimmie da money, honey”! The only way to obtain that is by selling cheap foods at high prices. The people running the companies only care about their profits, If they can get away with fraud, lies and cheating, they will laugh all the way to the bank. Take a moment and think about Monsanto/Bayer and their GMO nightmare!
When a food company does what it does to make their products cheaper, it becomes more synthetically toxic. And, how do they do that? More toxic chemicals! The food companies have chemical laboratories where thousands of chemical additives are researched and rested. And, by the way, the labs are kept secret and have more security than the CIA headquarters.
What’s their objective? Make the food addicting to create weight gain and increase your appetite. Remember that your “buddies”, aspartame and high fructose corn syrup, are your nightmares! And like the wonderful execs of the tobacco industry, everything is denied. But it will make you fatter and sicker.
The bottom line is that more profit is the goal. So you MUST eat more and more and more.
Knowledge of the truth is the best food you could ever eat, because it will allow you to eat real foods you can enjoy, never go hungry, and live a long, thin life!

Food rich in magnesium include artichoke, banana, dry figs, barley, oat bran, prune juice, almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, beans, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, soybean, spinach, sweet potatoes and potatoes.
Vitamin B3: Vitamin B3 (niacin) has been found beneficial in regulating level of blood sugar in hypoglycemic people. Food rich in Vitamin B3 include portabella mushrooms, asparagus, green peas, sunflower seeds, and avocados.
Dietary fibers: Dietary fibers allow sugars to be absorbed more slowly, which regulate glucose in the blood. Person with low blood sugar should consume around 25-40 g of dietary fiber per day. Psyllium, oat bran, apple pectin, whole meal cereals and ground flax seed are rich in fiber.
Proteins: Proteins provide the body with a more consistent source of energy that sugar or fat. This is because they are absorbed less rapidly than fats (lipids) and sugars (carbohydrates). Protein intake should constitute 15-20% of total energy intake while fat should constitute around 30%. Always keep nuts and seeds, handy to fill your protein needs on the go. Bear in mind that all vegetables contain protein. They are the same as protein found in flesh foods except that are far cleaner.
Other Vitamins: Vitamins like C, E and B complex help normalize blood sugar level in the body, thus making it a very effective natural cure for low blood sugar. The prescribed daily doses are: Vitamin C (2000- 5000mg), Vitamin B (50mg) and Vitamin E (1600 IU). Increase the vitamins intake in the diet, to maintain proper blood sugar levels.
Preventing fluctuations in blood glucose levels
Taking regular small snacks, (about once every two hours) helps prevent fluctuations in blood glucose levels. Snacks should be rich in carbohydrates (15-30 g per snacks), dietary fibers (2-3 g) and proteins (3-9 g). It is important to take a snack early, before feeling the loss of energy. Eat a little more if you exercise.
Foods to be avoided in Low Blood sugar
Concentrated sugars get rapidly absorbed in blood and cause a sudden increase in blood sugar followed by a sharp decline which can be very dangerous. Concentrated sugars are the most important food content to be avoided. One must try to completely eliminate intake of concentrated sugar. If it cannot be eliminated totally,
at least it should not be eaten alone. In any case, the amount of sugars should not exceed 5 g per serving.
Other foods to avoid include
§ Refined and processed foods.
§ Canned foods
§ Alcohol (especially on empty stomach), tea and caffeinated foods
§ Carbonated drinks
§ Foods high on salt
§ Drink plenty of water: People with low blood sugar should drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated and to flush out toxic radicals from the body. Drinking water also helps in cleaning bowel movements by dissolving surplus intake of dietary
§ Take small and regular meals: Person with low blood sugar levels should take small and regular meals throughout the day rather than taking three large meals a day. This helps in keep the levels of sugar in the blood to normal.
§ Take meals at fixed times. This distributes energy absorption equally throughout the day. It is important not to skip any meals and not to fast.
§ Physical activity: Exercise and relaxation are good ways to reduce stress that is a primary cause of hypoglycemia attack. Exercise promotes release of adrenalin and other vital hormones that help regulate and control blood sugar. Regular exercise is recommended. Exercise regularly but moderately. Avoid strenuous or intense exercises.
§ Relaxation activities: Hypoglycemia patient should avoid stress and relax as much as possible. Yoga, Meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises are beneficial in curbing low blood sugar induced stress.
§ Sufficient sleep should be ensured.
If symptoms of hypoglycemia are seen, always consult a naturopathic doctor. The MDs are brainwashed by the pharmaceutical industry and can seldom be trusted. Hypoglycemia can usually be cured if the exact cause is diagnosed. Hypoglycemia is also cured in many cases by a simple reorganization of the foods you eat.
As you already figured out, I tried to find out all I can about how callous, impersonal, selfish, greedy and uncaring about people, Monsanto/Bayer was.
So, I’m cruising the internet and I come across an article that put Monsanto/Bayer’s complete disregard for people’s spiritual/ religious perspective about eating.
The article, written by David Stein and appearing on Food Freedom News, made it so clear as to how Monsanto/Bayer does not give a s**t about anything but money. I contacted them, asked, and received permission to reprint.

“Have you ever considered that without labeling, numbers of religious groups are having their religious rights violated?
Jews have kosher labels. So where are the labels for all people with the religious need to eat what comes only from God, or to eat in a way that is spiritually tolerable according to their beliefs?
Buddhists are not supposed to take in anything toxic whether by mouth or through what they read or hear, but are forced to consume toxic GMOs by not knowing what is what.

The genetic engineering of plants, trees, and animals is a genetic engineering of living things that people feel viscerally, out of horror at the attack on what God has given us in perfection, or out oneness with all life, as a literal attack on themselves.
Spiritual and religious people cannot eat food blindly. They must know if they are violating fundamentals of their moral codes, or spiritual codes.
For those who are not vegetarian but find cruelty to animals violates their most deeply held religious beliefs, what of them, they must know whether those animals are forced to eat feed that is causing them pain, and is turning them infertile.
Putting “health” aside, eating GMOs is an immense and profound religious issue. Religious groups can’t even practice according to their ethical beliefs or even religious injunctions unless they know what they are eating.
Many religious or spiritual people consider the body a temple of God and what they take into it is a sacrament.
Kosher labeling came into place to allow Jews to fulfill their religious requirements.
Would Jews accept being told it costs too much, or that it doesn’t matter and pork is fine? What would happen if anyone tried to lower kosher standards? Are other people’s religious needs to know what they are eating any less significant?
For many religious or spiritual people, sickness follows not so much from eating what is toxic but from violating spiritual principles.
The biotech industry is desecrating gifts given to all of us by God.

How can people fulfill a religious obligation to rule over nature and protect it if a few corporations claim to own it and are setting loose unnatural, plants and even man-made creatures that can destroy a natural that many people believe deeply was given to all out of love?
The intense reaction to what the biotech industry is doing is inadequately described as coming out anger at injustice or out of fear over health concerns.
What we are feeling comes out of pantheism and other spiritual beliefs in which we know deep inside us that we are inseparable from the salmon being mutated or from the corn being inserted with pesticides or from the water being poisoned.
Those with spiritual consciousness experience all living things – animals, plants, trees, fish – as part of themselves, and all as part of God.
In not labeling GMOs, people are being forced against their will to participate in the evil of deconstructing what God (Nature) has provided everyone, forced to consume it and feed it to their children.
But they are also being cut off from consuming what is from God, and having their every bite be a sacrament and a moment of great gratitude. The spiritual issues pile up.
There is the reality that fertility itself is of central spiritual importance and people are being blocked from avoiding GMO’s that are damaging fertility.
And in this time of awakening of human consciousness, for those who believe this is the point of their spiritual life and all life itself, many believe that their DNA is directly related to spirituality so to threaten DNA is to threaten spirituality and consciousness itself.
But whether one agrees or not, based on religious rights, why do we even need to know for sure whether soy does cause infertility or corn, cancer, or GMOs are damaging our connection to God or the cosmos?
We don’t have to answer those questions but only need to know that we have the right to know what is from God or what is not.
Because man has broken the chain of life in which food was perfect fit for animals and humans and was healing and has been so tampered with as to create not health but fear and disgust, many people, out of religious or spiritual need, want to and even must avoid anything coming from man – because it is non-God, unnatural, “sin – thetic”.
And many people want to avoid any potential eugenics threat from man (whether by accident or intentionally) which man can create in “playing” God.
Don’t Jews, out of religious feeling and the spiritual honoring of their dead, have the religious right to refuse whatever is made by the same companies that dealt in eugenics before and intentionally killed millions? Is this not a religious need?
From a religious point of view, do we not all have the right to know what is coming from these historically racist and deadly companies in order to distance ourselves from their evil? (This includes vaccines, that are also GMOs, being forced on children and increasingly on adults and aftermaths have shown they do not work and studies show worse.
So evil and unstoppable have these companies become, there is a PR effort to bring back eugenics and treat it as more than “normal,” but as a social obligation in one’s own family.
One can protest the threat to health from GMOs or the greed involved or the corruption of governments and laws, but for many people, deep inside themselves, this is a spiritual issue.
To be connected to Nature itself, is what makes life worth living, is an obligation deeper than any other. To tear it apart is to tear at God. To alter it is evil. To attempt to force what is not from God on anyone breaks a bond they need to live.
To create a man-made “invention” (via “destruction” of nature) that is coded with poisons, and one that is potentially eugenic (able to end fertility) and then to force it by lies of feeding the hungry or creating a new drug, on any living creature or any human being, goes beyond evil.
In this, even atheists and spiritual people of all kinds can come together, for one does not have to believe in a God to feel oneself part of the web of life and so deeply affected by attacks on it.
The labeling of GMOs is a spiritual necessity for all those who view their relation to nature (or God) as indivisible from it. For an increasing number of people, food is a sacrament, and nature is holy”.
This is just another nail in the coffin by Monsanto. They follow my favorite expression to the T: In God we trust. All others pay cash.
When I wrote my article about the group Aikea formed in Hawaii, in an effort to bring government back to the hands of the people, I received a comment that this group resembled Marxism.
My comment about that is we have become so complacent and so subservient to the political powers that be that anything that tries to restore power back to the people is looked down upon. If we can change the political climate in America and through diligence and perseverance have all our foods labeled, how is that anything less than democracy? The problem is that a program like that takes effort and very few people can’t be bothered.

Oh yeah, two of Hawaii’s Senators in the District of Corruption voted against keeping the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution as it is and wanted to vest it in the hands of the United Nations. They were not alone. There were 44 others and they lost by 7 votes.
(2nd Ammendment: “The right to keep and bare arms.”
Slowly, the Constitution is being eroded and internment camps are being formulated in the contiguous United States, with Hawaii being a full State camp unto itself due to the fact that the only way really to get in or out is by plane or boat. The Coast Guard will take care of the latter and shutting down the airports takes care of the first.
First, reverse your health and become vibrant. The last thing the government, the biotech industry, Big pHarma, the medical profession, the media and the large food companies that all voted to defeat Proposition 37 in California want, are healthy people.
Why? Because they are harder to control and exploit.
When well chosen, a vegan diet can be more conducive to good health than the Standard American Diet and is linked to a reduced incidence of chronic diseases. The following are but a handful:
OBESITY: In a vegan diet more fiber-rich foods are consumed; therefore, less total calories are consumed and the overall healthy lifestyle of vegetarians may lead to increased physical activity.
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: Vegans tend to lead a lifestyle devoid of smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and regular exercise. This, in conjunction with the elimination of the artery clogging and blood flow restricted saturated fat found in flesh, dairy and eggs, and the increased consumption of fiber, fruits and vegetables, leads to lower blood pressure.
HEART DISEASE: Because a diet without flesh, dairy and eggs and with way more fiber unclogs clogged arteries allowing blood to flow unrestricted, the symptoms of heart disease and stroke are virtually eliminated.
CONSTIPATION and DIGESTIVE DISORDERS: Because of the high alkaline vegetarian diet, which is soothing to the system, and all the fiber consumed, there is virtually no problem in elimination or with “heart burn”.
CANCER: It’s not rocket science; less fat, less protein, no diseases in what’s converted to food, and you are left with little or no carcinogens to ingest.
ALSO: A vegan diet that is more humane in saving the lives of living entities that would be slaughtered for food; is more economical than a flesh based diet, and creates fewer demands on the environment.
So, does the thought of becoming a vegan seem appealing yet a bit overwhelming in that you don’t know where to begin and you’re not ready to go “cold broccoli”?
Try this: start by eliminating one type of flesh from your diet and sticking with that until you are used to it. Then, do the same thing with another flesh item, then eggs, then dairy.
The mind blower you never hear about is that all dairy is cooked up to 500 degrees, making it nothing but liquid fat. Yummy!
Go slow. Have a couple of vegan meals a week and over time increase them until all are vegan. While doing this, pick up some vegan cookbooks and experiment. When eating out you will find that most restaurants will easily accommodate you.
I’ve written about this before, but eating organically grown produce is the way to go. ‘Organic’ simply means food in its purest form, produced without chemical aid. When you bite into an apple, you get more than just the apple. The apple absorbs the chemicals it is fed and next in the food chain to absorb these chemicals is you. I would think that you would want to eat the cleanest food you could. Do not think for a minute that washing the outside or peeling will rid the chemicals. What about what permeates the entire make-up of the food?
There is debate as to whether or not organically produced foods are more nutritious than conventionally grown foods, but what is for certain is that healthy soils grow healthy plants, and lots of us believe that they taste better and indeed are more nutritious. Try it and decide for yourself.
The bottom line: try it for 3 months. If you don’t like the way you feel and look, you can always go back.

Also, a well-planned vegan diet can fuel the highest levels of fitness, while reducing our risk of various chronic diseases.

Did anyone see the February 2008 media report of the 146 million pounds of contaminated meat that was recalled? The problem being that most of the contaminated meat has already been consumed through the school lunch program, the food banks and the meatheads!
